Geothermal :
Geothermal HVAC systems, also called ground source heat pumps, are among the most energy efficient systems available. It heats up the room in winter and cools it in summer, by transferring energy from the ground, to the building. These systems have the lowest life cycle cost of any HVAC system.
Solar :
Solar HVAC refers to any heating or cooling system that uses solar power. This can be done through photovoltaic conversion (sun to electricity) or through absorption based systems. Solar energy can be used to efficiently cool in the summer, and also heat the building in the winter. Photovoltaics can provide the power for any type of electrical air conditioner or chiller.
Heat Recovery :
Heat recovery ventilation is a ventilation system that employs a counter-flow heat exchanger between the inbound and outbound air flow. HRV provide fresh air, while saving energy by reducing the heating (or cooling) requirements. The system helps to improve the Indoor air quality of the building, thereby offering health benefits to the human within the building.
